Builder & Portfolio
I have a long history with the home builders of Utah. So, I have crafted programs that will beautifully add to your portfolio, promote your business, or provide your clients with a true showcase of their new home.
The programs are based on the size of the home, and the licensing of the photos is perfect for builders, remodelers, home owners, interior designers, contractors, and even some realtors.

Custom
Estate homes over 14,000 sq ft, specialty shoots and requests
Generally, with larger estate homes, there will be some special needs. I will be happy to review with you, any of these needs or options, and give you a great bid.
Also, if you have some special ideas or customer shoots that don't fit the other programs, I am sure that I can accomodate you and put something special together.

Other Great Services
Aerial Stills & Video
Add some photos or dynamic video of the home or property from the sky! We have a whole range of aerial services, from overhead stills to full production video presentation with music and points of interest.
Twilight (add-on)
(Scheduled 30 minutes before sunset.) These shots are taken in that "golden hour" around sunset. They truly make the home stand out with natural and inviting hues, contrasted by the home's own light. These shots will make the home look extraordinary!
Night (add-on)
60 minutes after sunset
Exterior Only
A small package of exterior shots, usually 7-8 photos
Virtual Tour
This is a digital tour of the home suitable for web or mls
Instagram Readiness
Instagram requires some sqaure cropping to ready the image for posting. I'll identify the best views from the shoot for an Instagram feed, and ready them for you to post..
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation
Day Before. I just need to be notified of cancellation the day before any shoot. That will allow me to reset the schedule and avoid driving to a location. I want to shoot your home, so I'll always work with you to rechedule. If there is a cancellation with less notice than "the day before", there will be a fee. Generally, I'll still try to work something out with you. If you do need to cancel and have prepaid, I will refund you or I am happy to apply to the fee to another upcoming shoot.

Rescheduling
No charge, with prior day notice. I am always happy to work with you on rescheduling. I realize things happen with busy schedules, or home owner uncertainties. If you'll communicate with me, I'll always work something out to accomodate you. Letting me know the day before, lets me adjust my schedule.

Weather
It is Utah. I know weather can sometimes be an issue, particularly in the spring. I'd ask you to check the weather before scheduling the shoot. I check the weather everyday and look ahead to the next day. If it looks like weather may be an issue, I'll call you. I'd love it if you do the same. After our communication, if I get a go ahead and weather prevents a shoot, the fee will apply.

Refunds
I understand that deals are always changing. If you need to cancel a scheduled shoot without rescheduling (see cancellation), I will refund your prepaid services to your credit card. I am also very happy to apply them to another upcoming shoot.
